How the Pool Shapes the Program

AquaFit Sports uses the available pool environment to create the right training, recovery, or performance progression.

Depth Shallow and deeper water can change intensity, balance, support, difficulty and confidence.
Structure Pool walls, ladders, steps, floor and rails can aid support, progressions, and transitions for lower, and/or upper body exercises.
Drag Resistance Water provides natural resistance around the body. Increasing drag, especially at the extremities, is part of the secret sauce for increasing resistance.
Recovery All due to the elements of water, aquatic movement can support active recovery, mobility, support and lower-impact conditioning.
