Science of Water explores our relationship with water through science, experience, and discovery.

For many people, aquatic movement begins with swimming or water aerobics. Both have value, but they represent only a fraction of what water makes possible.

Through research, personal experience, visual storytelling, and practical application, Science of Water examines water as a training environment, a place of recovery, a source of freedom, and a powerful part of the human experience.

Its purpose is to broaden the conversation and reveal a larger truth: water can help us build strength, restore movement, improve performance, reconnect with ourselves, and discover possibilities that often remain hidden on land.
